Welcome to my site. It took me awhile to update this site due to the fact that I was too busy with school and I had
no inspiration as to what to do. I have decided to make this a website celebrating my weight loss journey which I start
in January 2005. After Christmas, I realized that I was at least 160 lbs and if I didn't get it under control, that
it would be more difficult to drop the weight off. I decided that I need to get healthy. I started to watch what
I was eating and monitoring my caloric intake via Weight Watcher's Winning Point System and exercising more. I initially
started off with following a pilates DVD and have progressed to running with a Running Room "Learn to Run" Clinic. I
am halfway through my clinics and at the end of the program I will be able to run for 20 minutes.
